Order processing time: as all items are handmade to order please allow 10 business days for items to be completed. Where possible we will attempt to accomodate rush orders.

Shipping: unless you nominate to collect your order from our Brisbane location, all items are shipped from Brisbane at a cost of $10 for standard tracked postage via Australia post. Please allow for Australia posts delays however once posted exact shipping timeframe will be available (usually between 2-5 business days). Express post is $13.

Returns: if the item is damaged or faulty we will refund you. If you would prefer a replacement we will attempt to accomodate that where possible.
As all items are handmade to order we do not accept change of mind returns.
